Born and raised in Australia, I’ve been a professional performer since 2009, where my body was not just a tool—but my work. Years of training, touring, and performing taught me how deeply stress and movement live in the body. In 2013, I became a certified personal trainer to better understand movement and pain, which eventually led me to massage therapy.
In 2023, I became a licensed massage therapist, combining performance, movement, and hands-on care. From 2016–2025, I performed on Broadway in Hamilton, where I saw firsthand how essential recovery is for anyone living in a high-demand body.
At B1 Bodies, every session is personalized, intentional, and focused on helping you move freely, feel less pain, and support your long-term well-being. This is bodywork with real experience behind it.
I naturally work with deeper pressure, but your comfort always comes first. We begin each session by finding what feels right for your body and setting an intention based on one simple question: What do you need most today? Whether you’re seeking deep relaxation or relief from pain and tightness, your answer guides the entire session.
For relaxation, I use slow, flowing Swedish techniques to calm the nervous system and help you fully switch off. For recovery, I combine deeper, therapeutic work to release tension, restore movement, and support circulation.
Every session is fully customized—no two bodies are the same. I also incorporate tools like cupping, hot stones, and scraping, and continue training with respected teachers to stay current in the most effective techniques.
This is bodywork with intention—designed to help you feel better, move better, and leave lighter than you arrived.

As a certified personal trainer since 2013 and a professional performer for over a decade, I’ve learned firsthand how important it is to understand, respect, and care for the body. I’ve trained, toured, pushed through injuries, and rebuilt—so my coaching is shaped by what truly works, not extremes or quick fixes.
B1 Bodies is about longevity, balance, and sustainable habits that support real life. Whether your goal is to build strength, lose weight, improve mobility, boost energy, or feel more confident, we’ll create a program designed for your body and lifestyle.
